R&D TRIAL PROGRAM RESULTS
Results from 5-years of field trials conducted on 30,000 Ha of cropped land across 13 farms have proven the ERA system improved water use efficiency (rain adjusted yields) by more than 40%, while reducing chemical inputs per hectare by up to 50%.
The following charts show the MEDIAN impact of the ERA system on R&D client soils and crops. The median result was taken because presenting the top and bottom results skew the average and presents an inaccurate picture of results.
R&D TRIAL RESULTS SUMMARY
The the median gain in Water Use Efficiency and yield was in excess of 50% for wheat crops in the R&D trial.
The average yield across R&D farms prior to the trial program increased significantly against district averages.
Profit growth was driven by higher yields and lower input costs, particularly as fertiliser use declined.
